IntelliGenesis LLC is built around the transitioning military workforce. Our President and CEO wanted to create a company that she wanted to work for with a benefits package that favors service members and veterans. The training for those who did not leave military service is comprised of explanations of organizational structure and culture. As a company we have internal career paths that are used to guide and build skills for the individual throughout their career at IntelliGenesis. These career paths are reviewed and updated quarterly. In addition, we provide an unlimited training budget for individuals as well as internal trainings two to three times a quarter to ensure technical skills are up to date and not becoming stale. The company is built to support veterans and their families and the training in military culture, structure and career paths is in the fabric of IntelliGenesis. Training is conducted formally through presentations company-wide or in small groups. IntelliGenesis is committed to providing guidance and training one on one if employees need or request us to do so. The management of IntelliGenesis has a vast array of knowledge and experience to share. In addition, we participate in the Skillbridge program: Each year, approximately 200,000 members of the U.S. Armed Forces, stationed in over 140 military installations in the U.S. and overseas, will separate from active duty and re-enter the civilian work force or pursue higher education.
