NYCB is proud to support its employees who bring the perspectives of military personnel into our workforce. Three military veterans are part of the Human Resources Talent Acquisition Team, where they provide ongoing training and advice to all other recruiters throughout the year. Additionally, NYCB is supportive and sensitive to all employees, including new talent who may be transitioning from a military environment into a corporate workplace. Our Employee Assistance and Work / Life Support Program 24 / 7 is available to all team members, including veterans who may face challenges during their transition.
