Our Military Program Manager and a Veteran Associate provide an overview of the various Military Branches, their values and how their organizations are structured. They also review the ranks and ratings for each branch and discuss how these align to our organizational titles and responsibilities. We've launched a Veteran Peer Mentor Program that pairs a Veteran Associate as a mentor with a new Veteran Associate for their first 90 days. We recognized that the first 90 days was critical to the new Associates experience at CarMax and sets them on the right path to a successful and engaged working experience with the company.
