military culture

We have conducted various lunch and learns to educate Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on military experience, how to understand MOS codes, unconscious bias to be aware of and the value that veterans bring into the workplace. Most recently we have been working to turn these lunch and learns into a new on-demand course available to all colleagues at any time. This will allow for more people to be educated and make it more easily accessible.

senior leadership

We have 14 veterans in a Senior Vice President level role, 20 in a Vice President level role, and 24 in and Assistant Vice President role. Those individuals represent areas from all over our company and are located within various business lines.
