military culture
We are in the process of re-vamping a Military Mentorship program for our whole North America organization, so current Veteran employees can be matched up with a military mentor. Additionally, we provide trainings to our Talent Acquisition Advisors and Hiring Managers on MOS/Ranks/Transferrable skills Veterans can bring to our organization.

military connected assistance
We've historically had a "Buddy" program for our Veteran population, run by our Business Employee Resource Group - Kvets. We are in the process of re-vamping this to a more formal Military Mentoring program, where we'll train members of the organization to mentor our Veteran employees.
