Working primarily with the Department of Defense, Envistacom has over 260 employees in 10 countries and multiple indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts worth more than $62 billion. We offer tuition assistance or other financial support toward the preparation, attainment, and/or maintaining of an academic or professional certificate, degree, or another civilian credentialAn area we strongly focus on is training our employees well, and this applies to current and future positions. We have a 1-2% bucket (of employees’ salaries) to put toward training every year and we have a tuition reimbursement program for up to $5,000 per year for every employee who qualifies. The tuition reimbursement program is in place for those who wish to further develop professionally. To qualify, the employee must select a course that is related to their job function. We recently celebrated the graduation of two Envistacom employees who completed a master’s degrees in their fields.
