Citi employs a dedicated fulltime Veteran Recruiting and Retention Team to attract and retain Veteran talent at the firm. Our Veteran Recruiting Team conducts seminars to our recruiting and hiring staff's focused on Military Culture, Skills and Language Translation, Common Career Paths, and Intangible Attributes that Veterans Possess. These seminars and training opportunities are always well attended throughtout the firm from all locations.

We have a robust partnership with the DoD's Military Spouse Employment Program, (MSEP). Citi is a proud partner and supporter of MSEP. civilian credential support

We offer apprenticeships, internships, or other formalized, structured training program/s to assist with the attainment of a civilian credentialCiti annually supports our Military Officer Leadership Program, (MOLP). This is a 2 year, rotational program that is designed to enhance and hone a transitioning military members leadership skills and applying that in a corporate setting. The MOLP participants are highly valued and sought after within the firm.
