military culture

In 2019, new recruiters, talent acquisition managers, and hiring managers received mandatory training on CACI's veterans hiring program and the value of a veteran. The CACI Vice President for Veterans and Military Affairs chairs the Veterans Employee Resource Group (VERG) and ranks as a senior HR executive. In these capacities, he routinely briefs the CHRO, Company Senior Leaders, CEO and Chairman of the Board (Navy veteran) on veterans issues and initiatives. VERG meetings regularly include professional development for it's members on such topics as CACI Virtual University, Career Path Development, Intra-company mobility and advancement, security clearance processes etc.

military spouse recruitment and hiring

In partnership with the Military Spouse Employment Partnership, and as part of our "Continue Your Mission" veterans and military spouse outreach campaign, we produce and publish job flyers specifically tailored to military spouses, focusing on a wide variety of career opportunities located in military communities that do NOT require security clearances.

military connected assistance

Our company runs a very detailed employee redeployment program that provides enhanced visibility and prioritized job opportunities for employees losing contractual coverage. A majority of the employees in this cohort are veterans due to the nature of their work, primarily overseas and oftentimes located in combat zones.

We offer tuition assistance or other financial support toward the preparation, attainment, and/or maintaining of an academic or professional certificate, degree, or another civilian credential,We offer apprenticeships, internships, or other formalized, structured training program/s to assist with the attainment of a civilian credentialCACI is a DoD SkillBridge sponsor. We are also an active partner with the USSOCOM Wounded Warrior Care Coalition, Secretary of Defense Executive Fellowship, and Air Force Education with Industry programs. Internships and fellowships are sponsored by CACI in all of these programs.

Dr. J. Phillip "Jack" London, Captain, (USN, Retired). As CACI Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Board, Dr. London oversees strategic initiatives, public and investor relations, as well as focusing on major financial transactions, including CACI's highly successful mergers and acquisitions program, which he began in 1992.

Gary Patton, Major General, (USA, Retired). Gary Patton is Vice President of CACI's Military and Veteran Affairs Program. In this capacity, he directs a team of military veterans
dedicated to CACI’s Veterans Program, focused on recruiting, employee relations, retention, and philanthropy. Major General Patton served 35 years as an infantry officer in the Army, including 4 years of combat duties in Afghanistan and Iraq.
