PenFed's Military Employment Program specifically targets Military Spouses for recruitment though partnerships with MSEP and the Hiring Our Heroes Military Spouse Employment Program in addition to other military employment organizations and channels, including social media. In addition, PenFed tracks our Military Spouse hiring and provides 2x employee referral bonuses for Military Spouse Hires. PenFed HR policies also allow for the conversion of jobs to remote roles, if possible, to support Military Spouses impacted by a military PCS.

PenFed's Military Employment Program serves the entire military community, including caregivers. PenFed's military employment outreach, recruiting, and training includes anyone who has an affiliation with the military community. In addition, the PenFed Foundation recognizes the important role of caretakers and honors a caretaker of the year at its annual fund-raising gala.

Two organizations we work with for our military employees are Syracuse University's Institute for Veterans and Military Families, and SalesForce's VetForce.
