Internally we offer a mentoring program for newly hired veterans which allows them to work with an HCA Healthcare colleague who assists them in navigating their career throughout the organization.
military spouse recruitment and hiring
HCA Healthcare is a member of the DOD Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP). We utilize this partnership, attend Military Spouse Specific job fairs, and other methods, to educate Military Spouses of the opportunities available to them within HCA. Assistance is given to Military Spouses who are relocating due to a PCS, they are provided assistance to find similar employment at one of our many facilities. Informational sessions are held on or near bases for Military Spouses to attend and learn of our opportunities, including our virtual positions which can move with the Military Spouse.

HCA Healthcare has a Veteran specific mentoring program. Multiple Veteran and Military Spouse Employee Resources Groups. For our National Guard and Reservists, they receive salary differential should they be called to active duty.

We offer tuition assistance or other financial support toward the preparation, attainment, and/or maintaining of an academic or professional certificate, degree, or another civilian credentialHCA Healthcare offers tuition reimbursement in the amount of $5,250 per year and also pays students loans.
