We have developed training which assists hiring managers to understand what Veterans bring to the workplace

We have conducted resume review sessions with hiring managers to help them to identify which Veterans might be a good fit for their ADP roles

We have developed an online video training session which is available on demand for both our own hiring managers as well as those of our clients to help in understanding Veterans

We also conduct training with our US recruiters to help them better understand the transferable skills which our military community can bring to the company. In addition, we have a 'Tiger Team' of recruiters who assist with Veteran hiring at our 7 primary office locations.

military spouse recruitment and hiring

We post all ADP roles with MSEP (Military Spouse Employment Program) in order to attract Military Spouse talent to ADP.

Given our office locations around Norfolk Naval Station, VA/ Ft. Knox, KY / Ft. Gordon, GA / Ft. Bliss, TX / Luke AFB, AZ / Southern Command USAG Miami, FL - we have connected with all of these TAP programs and transition centers to support both Veterans and Military Spouses.

As part of our national leadership for our Military Strong & Allies Business Resource Group, we have a Military Spouse Advisory Board responsible for Military Spouse specific leadership around Mil Spouse challenges.

military connected assistance

We have developed a mentoring program (with associated technology) which our Sr. Director for Veterans Initiative currently manages as an admin. This past year we conducted a pilot of the program and are conducting a full role out at this time. We offer this mentoring program up to all our Military Strong & Allies Business Resource Group members who are interested in participating. All Veterans, Current National Guard and Reservists, and Mil Spouses have access to this program to help them navigate their careers, gain additional skills, or other areas for improvement. Our pilot statistically increased retention across our pilot population.
