We take our Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP) very seriously at ManTech. Our Military Ambassador is a resource to the MSEP and works with small businesses to help them understand how to recruit military spouses and retain them.

We offer tuition assistance or other financial support toward the preparation, attainment, and/or maintaining of an academic or professional certificate, degree, or another civilian credential,We offer apprenticeships, internships, or other formalized, structured training program/s to assist with the attainment of a civilian credentialThrough ManTech University we offer a host of training and certification opportunities for our Veteran community. These can range from leadership training to PMP bootcamp and tuition assistance to complete advanced degrees and certifications. We have developed strong partnerships with industry leading educational intuitions and are proud to offer these to all our veterans.
Our CEO Kevin Phillips is a military veteran and he supports and is a key driver of ManTech being a top veteran friendly company. At all levels of the organization and he places emphasis how we pride our culture in being military friendly. Also, speaks to our industry partners about the importance of ensuring that veterans are gainfully employed after their service. During his first year as CEO, he established the Military Ambassador position and this role has flourished throughout the last few years and that is why ManTech remains atop of the best places for veterans to work list. Along with our CEO, there are many senior level officials at ManTech that openly speak to their service and how it impacts their daily lives.
