We have a very active military Employee Resource Group (ERG), called MILNET, with over 3965 members nation-wide. This ERG not only recognizes and celebrates our military-connected employees and their families, but also provides education, professional development, and awareness-building across the company. Examples include: Military Appreciation Month program of events, Leadership Development series, Career Development series, Deployed Service Member support program and Veteran’s Day Honor wall event. Through MILNET, we support, honor and give back to those who’ve served our country.

civilian credential support

We offer tuition assistance or other financial support toward the preparation, attainment, and/or maintaining of an academic or professional certificate, degree, or another civilian credential,We offer apprenticeships, internships, or other formalized, structured training program/s to assist with the attainment of a civilian credentialFinancial support for pursuing education related to an employee's career is available to all full-time and part-time employees employed with Progressive for at least twelve consecutive months. For some positions requiring licensing to sell insurance, we'll provide training and support to obtain licensing.
