We provide mandatory training for our talent acquisition team to understand military culture, skills translation, and value to the organization. This training is also available to our HR leadership and hiring managers to review voluntarily. Our talent acquisition team educates business leaders when military talent is available and appropriate for specific roles, particularly in skilled trades and front line leadership functions.
