Dominion Energy has made it a priority to recruit, retain and support military veterans. We have developed a robust strategy for doing so that includes ensuring our HR professionals, hiring leaders and front-line supervisors are educated about the best practices for leveraging veteran talent and cultivating an engaging environment aligned with the company’s values and goals. We partner with organizations like SHRM, LinkedIn Learning,, and the State Departments of Veterans Services to help with delivering training content to our employees and leaders.
