Geisinger's Program Manager for Military and Veteran Affairs provides live in person training to Recruiting and Human Resources staff to improve understanding of military culture and help bridge the civilian-military divide. Informational sessions are held at operational meetings and resources shared with managers to provide actionable information. Organization wide communications are used to recognize military and veteran holidays and bring awareness to military and veteran issues and stories.
