Training for recruiters is conducted to provide awareness around military culture, responsibilities of military members in various roles, understanding the military rank structure and identifying similarities to KPMG career structure and opportunities. All recruiters and hiring managers are required to participate in the Hiring High Performers training.

KPMG’s Leadership Essentials Summit invests in our military population who are members of the Veteran’s BRG in an effort to develop the firm’s future leaders which promotes retention.
In addition, our Veterans BRG Workforce and Workplace committees delivers national initiatives to properly onboard, mentor, develop and retain our military colleagues through targeted local and national events/activities to promote engagement and increase awareness of the firm experience of these colleagues.
