military connected assistance

When a service member returns to work, TIAA offers several programs related to pay and job status. Not only do we pay the service member for the difference in salary and military earnings for the entire duration of the leave, but we also factor in any expected pay raises or promotions. TIAA offers all of its associates a per pay period contribution into a Retirement Plan. Upon return to work, TIAA makes this contribution retroactively on the full amount of earnings that the associate would have received had they actively worked for our organization continuously.
