Our company has an employee resource group for veterans and those who support veterans, called the Veterans Employee Team at Zurich (VETZ). This team provides support for its members by providing networking, internal and external relationship building, and mentorship. Veterans and those who support veterans are encouraged to attend events and meetings and become involved. This supports retention of veterans and veteran supporters at Zurich.

We offer apprenticeships, internships, or other formalized, structured training program/s to assist with the attainment of a civilian credentialWe provide an apprenticeship through a local junior college where the student will receive an associate's degree in insurance after two years and will work at Zurich part time during the two years. The student receives a full salary, and tuition, benefits and books are provided.
