The Military Recruiting Team, comprised entirely of military veterans, provides training to hiring managers and recruiters that they work with to ensure they understand how military experience translates and provides value to Accenture. The Military ERG and our military executive sponsors provide training and insights on military culture and structure to Accenture HR leaders and the North America Leadership Team, which includes all of the top executives in the company.

The Accenture Military Recruiting Team works directly with military spouses to place them in roles at Accenture based on their skills and qualifications. Military Spouses are also considered for training opportunities through our Consultant Development Program and Technology Apprentice Program.

The Accenture Veteran Integration Program provides a New Joiner Guide and a series of learning videos that specifically address challenges of transitioning from the military to Accenture and provides best practices to be successful. Military connected employees are also able to connect to buddies and mentors through our Military Employee Resource Group.

civilian credential support

We offer apprenticeships, internships, or other formalized, structured training program/s to assist with the attainment of a civilian credentialMilitary veterans without degrees are specifically targeted for hiring into our Technology Apprentice Program, where they receive a year of on the job training and traditional training to gain valuable skills and experience in the technology field. Those who successfully complete the program are considered for full time employment.
