We offer tuition assistance or other financial support toward the preparation, attainment, and/or maintaining of an academic or professional certificate, degree, or another civilian credential,We offer apprenticeships, internships, or other formalized, structured training program/s to assist with the attainment of a civilian credentialHenrico Police Department provides a in house Police and 911 paid dispatch academy programs. At the end of those academies the recruits are state certified. We also offer General Instructor, Firearms, Forensics, Digital Forensics, Pilot training, Coxswain Training, Defensive Tactics, EOD, K-9, Surveillance School, Crisis Intervention Training, Peer Support, Crash Investigations, Commercial Motor Vehicle inspector, Sniper School, SWAT Operator, Polygraph examiner, drug interdiction and many more certifications.
