Our Military Workforce Development program focuses on retention of all types of Veterans, Spouses and Reserves. We have different aspects tailored for needs such as pay differential for deployed Guard / Reserves and job relocation for Spouses. We also assist with transitioning these employees from job to job and offer craft training at no cost. During the hiring process each employee is given direct contact information for the department as well as a list of program benefits.
